By using Orbit Queue Management System, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Orbit provides queue management software for businesses to manage customer queues and send SMS notifications.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. SMS credits are charged per message sent (R0.95 per SMS).
Important: By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:
We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
Orbit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
Either party may terminate the service with 30 days notice. Data may be retained after termination.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
